DECLARATION
of 12 December 2005
amending Decree No. 83 / 2002 Coll., laying down a list of legal and natural persons, specifying their places of work, for whose activity no authorisation is required for the treatment of addictive substances, preparations containing and precursors, as amended by Decree No. 317 / 2003 Coll.
According to Article 5 (7) of Act No. 167 / 1998 Coll., on addictive substances and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 407 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 362 / 2004 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '), the Ministry of Health provides for the following:
Decree No. 83 / 2002 Coll., establishing a list of legal and natural persons, specifying their places of work for whose activity no authorisation is required for the treatment of addictive substances, preparations containing them and precursors, as amended by Decree No. 317 / 2003 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Section C of the Annex, "Masaryk University, Brno 'reads as follows:

2. In the Annex to Section C, the following entry is inserted after the entry "Charles University in Prague ':
