GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 1 September 2004

laying down models for the value designation of members of the Security Corps

The Government orders pursuant to § 8 (4) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps:

§ 1

This Regulation establishes a model for the value designation of a natural person serving in the Security Corps (hereinafter referred to as "the member ').

§ 2

Samples of the value designation

(1) The model of the value designation of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

(2) The model of the value designation of a member of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

(3) The model of the value designation of a member of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation.

(4) The model of the value designation of a member of the Czech Prison Service is set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation.

(5) The model of the value designation of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic ensuring the protection of the President of the Czech Republic and the protection of the premises in which the President of the Czech Republic resides is listed in Annex 5 to this Regulation.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
