GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 October 2002
announcing Protected Landscape Region Czech Paradise
The Government orders pursuant to § 25 (3) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation:
Protected Landscape Area Czech Paradise
To ensure the conservation of the nature and landscape of the Czech Paradise, the Protected Landscape Region of the Czech Paradise (hereinafter referred to as "the Area") is announced. The area consists of an extensive area with harmoniously shaped landscape, sandstone relief and rock cities, an important share of natural ecosystems of forest and permanent grassland, numerous ponds, streams and cultural monuments that complete the characteristic landscape.
Region Mission
The mission of the region is to preserve and restore its natural environment, in particular ecosystems, wildlife and flora, and to preserve the typical nature of the landscape while developing an environmentally optimal system of land use and its natural resources.
Definition of the area
(1) The area is situated in the regions of Liberec, Králové Hradec and Central Bohemia.
(2) The territorial demarcation and description of the border is contained in Annex 1 to this Regulation, the graphical representation of the area is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
(3) The basic map, in which the area of the 1: 50 000 scale is drawn, will be provided by the Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Paradise (hereinafter referred to as "the Administration") and sent to the Ministry of the Environment where it will be stored. A copy of the basic map of the Administration will also be stored in the central list of nature conservation, regional offices and municipal offices in whose territory the area is located, and in the Sjár. The administration shall report to the relevant cadastral office for registration in the cadastral property register a change in the data on the way the property is protected in the territory of the area. 1)
Nature conservation zones in the area
(1) The territory of the area is divided into four zones of graduated nature conservation.
(2) Territories with the most important natural values, in particular natural or poorly altered ecosystems and other particularly valuable territories, in particular selected parts of the environmental stability system of the landscape (hereinafter referred to as the "environmental stability system") of trans-regional and regional importance shall be included in the I. zone. The aim is to preserve or gradually restore self-governing functions and reduce human intervention in the natural environment to the minimum possible.
(3) The territory of economically used forest and agricultural ecosystems with locally preserved natural values suitable for economic use of nature is included in the II. zone. Furthermore, the territories necessary for the conservation of natural values in the I zone are also integrated into this zone. The aim is to maintain natural values and to gradually increase the species and spatial diversity of ecosystems, in particular by creating a functional system of ecological stability.
(4 The aim is to maintain and promote use for environmentally optimised forestry and agriculture, and appropriate forms of tourism and recreation.
(5) Man-damaged parts of nature and contiguous built-up areas with a territorial reserve and subsequent cultivated agricultural land are included in the IV zone.
(6) If forest management, agriculture and landscape revitalisation result in an improvement in the natural environment, any changes to the areas of the zones will be made after consultation with owners and users of land.
Closer protection conditions
(1) The whole territory of the area is only possible with the consent of the Administration:
a) Marking tourist, cycling, riding and running tracks;
(b) to carry out aerial application of fertilisers, (2) chemical substances or chemical preparations, (3)
(c) to place information, advertising and promotional facilities outside the established territory of the municipalities; This provision does not apply to the placing on the road of road signs and transport equipment, 4)
(d) indicate parking places for motor vehicles under specific legislation4) outside the built-up territory of municipalities;
(e) organise sports, recreational and other mass events outside the designated places;
(f) conduct climbing and flying on parachutes and hang gliders;
(g) carry out riding and cycling outside the infrastructure and places designated for this;
(h) adjust watercourses;
(i) authorise mining activity, (5) activities carried out in a mining way (6), or benefit from humor.
(2) In the territory of the III and IV zones, branches may be established or intensive game and fish farming may be established only with the approval of the Administration.
(1) Geological work, (7) Mining and mining activities carried out in a mining way in the region must not undermine the typical relief of the landscape, its aquatic regime and environmental stability, significant geological and geomorphological bodies or other living and inanimate elements of nature.
(2) When restoring and educating forest areas, persons subject to obligations under a specific legislation, 8) shall proceed to strengthen the representation of the natural species composition of forests, using the natural renewal of forest areas in zones I and II.
(3) In the protection and use of surface and groundwater, persons authorised under special legislation (9) shall act in such a way as to contribute to the maintenance of natural conditions for the life of aquatic and wetland ecosystems, while maintaining the natural nature and nature of the close appearance of watercourses, waterareas and wetlands. When adjusting or maintaining watercourses, persons shall proceed in such a way as to restore natural or nature close to the watercourses trough.
Repeal
(1) The Decree of the Ministry of Culture No 70261 / 1954 is hereby repealed.
(2) In Annex I of the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic No. 14200 / 88-SÚOP, the part "CHKO" Czech Paradise, "the Region of Central Bohemia and the Region of East Bohemia" is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

South
From Turnov - Kylovska from turn to Pelesan leads on the road I / 35 to Ktová, where the village passes to the flow of Licelo. Following it on the road Escape under Troskami - Troskovice, following this about 700 m west towards the top of the climb. Left on the forest road 500 m to JZ and further on the road to S edge of the conquest area. From there on the way to Dolsky Pond. From him to the border k. ú. Roviná - Mladěv south direction Rovenská gorge to the edge of the forest, further south direction through the field to the railway track, along the road east towards the road Mladěv - Sobotka, along this road west direction, along the border k. Ou. Stéblovice - Mladěv west edge of the forest and the field on the road Mladěv - Sobotka south of Stéblevic. After it through Kálovice, along the edge of Sobotka. From the edge of the cemetery JZ in a direction below the top of Humprechtem west towards the railway track, then to J and further to Z towards booth 268 to local communication and to Osek. Then along the road direction Upper Bousov and behind the lake Šlejferna to the Roof, the special purpose road to Z and the road II / 279 through Dobšín to Kamenice. From there along the road through Suhrovice to the village of Priestry. Around the village of SZ and then JZ towards the road I / 268, after it to Bosnia and beyond the outskirts of the village and further through Prájdek, Dneboch and Olšin on road II / 610. Behind the pond Žabakor to the village Ždár and through the yard Borčice to Olešnice. Around the area of animal production and further along the edge of the village Olešnice. Then along the All-brook, and through the All-town and the settlement, go to Turnov, Masha. On the right and through the Pelesans at the intersection of Kylovsk.
Eastern part
From Hrdoňovice to their southern edge of the built-up area and further northwest towards the watercourse. Further along the railway track to the railway station Libuň. Following the railway track 041 to the village of Jinolice, on its From the Rim and on the way to the settlement of Brad. Further through the municipalities of Rybček and Holín to Lower Lochov, where they connect to the I / 16 road. Behind the turn on Blata to the north after the cadastral border of Ohařice - Lower Lochov and Drštěkryje - Lower Lochov to the road Blata - Lower Lochov. From there on the edge of the forest complex of the Front Skalice and further along the cadastral border of Drštěkryje - Zámostí to the west, along the road Samšina - Zámostí and further to the north, where it crosses the cadastral border of Zámostí - Mladěov, i.e. to the north along the forest south of the village of Strolej. It continues in the western direction on the watercourse and from the bridge of road II / 281 via Žehrovka to the north to the mouth of the Hluboký Rokle and further to the exit to road II / 281 and then to the edge of the village Hrodoňovice.
North
From Turnov - Šetřilovska Rivers to Jizera, Vazovecký creek to I / 10 road, after it and further through Little Rohozec. At the school on the right and on the field and forest road, along the edge of the forest of SZ from the settlement of the Moščiny to the Vazovecký creek. Toward the road under Kashkovice. On the road to Roudný, on the southern border of the built-up territory of Roudné and Vodrurad and on the local road to the V edge of the village Frýdštejn. Following the border of the built territory J and further S towards the electrode, then towards the water supply of SZ from the Vranov ridge and along its flow to the communication to the Little Rock. On the border of the built-in area of Crow 1 and 2. Down the road north of the dry rocks to the village of Vrat. On the road along the Vratsky creek and on the road to Propavná. On the road to Koberov and further direction Long. Behind Hludov at the bridge at booth 453 to the right and S from the village of Záhůří. After the ridge journey through the Hamstejn Hill until its connection to the Záhoří road - the hill Koknov. In front of the cabin and transmitter on Kozák to JZ and along significant terrain edges and then JZ from the spine on the way to JV. South of the settlement Bachev is connected to road II / 282. From a sharp corner above the part of the village of Lestkov to Z. Po V and S side goes around the settlement of Loktuše. From there to the SV to the former camp and after local communication to the cemetery over Vesec. East of the agricultural area to the level of the Srčí settlement. North of Smrí on Road II / 283. Around the built-up territory of Vesce and further along the road to Podloktouší. Further down the road to Chutnovce. After the edge of the built-up area and further to the ZS above the settlement Hrachovice and SV by Bukovina. On the edge of the settlement Tisovka on the road and after it to Zaholic. From there along the road direction Turnov - Sherřilovsko.
The total area of the Protected Landscape Area of the Czech Paradise is 181,523 km2.
