DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides for the employment of:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 7 (1) and (5), "more than 'is replaced by" at least'.
2. in Paragraph 9, points (h) and (i) are renumbered as points (f) and (g).
3. In Article 9, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) Where the value added tax is part of the costs referred to in paragraph 1 and the self-employed is not the payer of that tax, the value added tax shall be regarded as the operating cost of the sheltered post of the self-employed person. ';
4. In Section 10, the word "quarterly 'is inserted after the word" advance'.
5. In Paragraph 11 (3), "year 'is replaced by" quarter'.
6. Paragraph 26 (1), including footnotes 11 and 12, shall be deleted and the indication of paragraph 2 shall be deleted.
7. In Article 26, the words "as referred to in paragraph 1 'are replaced by the words" for a socially efficient job which the employer has reserved for a particular jobseeker (13)'.
Footnote 13 reads:
"13) § 113 (5) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., as amended by Act No. 382 / 2005 Coll. '.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.
