Government Decree No. 506 / 2021 Coll.

Government Regulation No. 290 / 1995 Coll., establishing the list of occupational diseases, as amended by Government Regulation No. 114 / 2011 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 168 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Chapter II of the Annex, the following entry 11 is added at the end of the table:

"11. Chronic diseases of the lumbar spine caused by long-term overburdening of severe physical work associated with temporary incapacity for this diagnosis of at least 12 months in the last 3 years, the severity of which has been evaluated in the clinical neurologic examination of 7 parameters, which are a reduction in intercortical pain in the lumbar segment, Thomayer's symptom, Lasègue's symptom, allegation of reflexes L2 / 4 or L5 / S2, a motor deficiency in the relevant myotoma, sensitive deficiency in the relevant dermatom and over 60 years of age of at least 6 parameters, and also a radiological examination of the relevant morphological changes in the segments L3 / 5 / 5 and 5 / 5 / 1, a motor deficiency in the age of at least 50 to 60 years, at least 5 parameters, and over 60 years of at least 6 years, respectively, respectively, and 2 in the radiological examination of the respective radiological evaluation of morphologic changes in the morphological changes in the segment L2; Diseases occur in heavy physical work where the relevant structures are overloaded in the long term so that overloading is the cause of the disease according to current medical knowledge, i.e. if, at least 3 years of work, at least 60 shifts per year of compression pressure on the plate L4 / L5 exceeds the value based on the NIOSH US 3400 N limit and takes into account the relevant anthropometric characteristics of the person and the ergonomic, time and frequency parameters of the work."

2. Chapter V of the Annex shall read as follows:

This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
