amending Act No 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection for Children, as amended, and Act No 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment to the Act on Social Protection for Children
In Article 47t (4) of Act No 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection for Children, as amended by Act No 401 / 2012 Coll., the sentence "Up to the date of issue of the Social System Card, foster care benefits are paid in Czech currency by transfer to a payment account designated by the recipient of the benefit or in cash is inserted after the first sentence."
Amendment to the Employment Act
In Section 53 (1) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Act No. 367 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 401 / 2012 Coll., the sentence "These benefits are paid in Czech currency by the date of issue of the Social System Card by transfer to a payment account designated by the applicant for employment or in cash is inserted after the first sentence."
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
