GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 December 2005
on the increase of life-minima
The Government orders pursuant to § 7 (1) of Act No. 463 / 1991 Coll., on Life Minimum, as amended by Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 271 / 2001 Coll.:
§ 1
The amount of the minimum of life that is considered necessary under the Life Minimum Act (1) to ensure nutrition and other basic personal needs2) is monthly
(a) CZK 1,750 if the child is under 6 years of age,
(b) CZK 1,950 for children aged between 6 and 10,
(c) CZK 2 310 if it is a child aged between 10 and 15,
(d) CZK 2 530, if it is an unprovided child from 15 to 26 years of age,
(e) CZK 2,400 for other citizens.
§ 2
The amount of the minimum of living that is considered necessary under the Life Minimum Act (1) to ensure the necessary household costs (3) shall be monthly:
a) CZK 2,020, if it comes to the individual,
b) CZK 2,630, if 2 people live in the household,
(c) 3 260 CZK if 3 or 4 persons live in the household,
(d) 3 660 CZK, if 5 or more people live in the household.
§ 3
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
