amending Decree No. 237 / 2002 of the Ministry of the Environment Coll., on the details of the method of recycling certain products
According to § 38 (11) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No 237 / 2002 Coll., on details of the method of re-collection of certain products, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (4), the words "For the management of the products referred to in paragraph 1 which have become waste after removal by a compulsory person 'are replaced by the words" For the management of waste which has become the operator of the plant for recovery or disposal from the recovered products referred to in paragraph 1'.
2. Article 2 shall be deleted, including the title and footnote 5;
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2004.
