GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 November 2005
establishing the list of subheadings of the Combined Nomenclature of the Common Customs Tariff and their names identifying tissues or organs of human origin as indicated in applications for authorisation to import or export them
The Government orders pursuant to Section 26f of Act No. 285 / 2002 Coll., on Donation, Collection and Transplantation of Tissue and Organ and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Transplant Act), as amended by Act No. 228 / 2005 Coll.:
Tissue (1) or organs (2) of human origin for which import or export authorities3) are requested are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
