DECLARATION
of 10 September 2004
amending Decree No. 382 / 2001 of the Ministry of the Environment Coll., on the conditions of use of treated sludge on agricultural land
The Ministry of the Environment, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health, pursuant to § 33 (4) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, hereinafter referred to as "the Act":
Decree No. 382 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions of use of treated sludge on agricultural land, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, sheet No 1, in the explanatory note under the words "Registration number 'in the heading of the form, the words" district office' are replaced by the words "municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope or the urban part of the capital of Prague '.
2. In Annex No 1, sheet No 1, "District code (CZ- NUTS 4) 'is replaced by" ORP (SOP) code';
3. In Annex No 1, in the section "Method of filling in the form in Annex No 1 ', the sentence" Code of the district (CZ- NUTS 4)' is replaced by the code of the district (CZ- NUTS 4) on whose territory the company is located, according to the code list of the counties of the Czech Republic (CZ- NUTS 4 according to the Classification of Territorial Statistical Units issued by the Czech Statistical Office). "The sentence is given:" Code ORP (SOP) - the code of the administrative district with extended scope or administrative district of the city of Prague, in whose administrative territory is the registered office of origin or authorised persons, by the communication of the Czech Statistical Office, published in the Journal of Acts under No 471 / 2002 Coll. ';
4. In Annex No 1, in the section "Method of filling in the form set out in Annex No 1," the sentence "Code of the district (CZ- NUTS 4) of the separate establishment - the code of the district (CZ- NUTS 4) of which the establishment of the firm is located, according to the code list of the counties of the Czech Republic (CZ- NUTS 4 according to the Classification of Territorial Statistical Units issued by the Czech Statistical Office) is replaced by the code" Code ORP (SOP) of the separate establishment - the code of the municipality's administrative district with extended operation or the administrative territory of which has its registered office of origin or authorised persons, according to the code numbers established by the communication of the Czech Statistical Office, published in the Official Journal of Acts No 471 / 2002 Coll. "
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2004.
