on the amount of cash compensation granted under Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural assets, as amended by Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 16 paragraph 1 of Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The amount of cash compensation paid at the request of the original owner by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic (1) for land not issued under the law and for which no other land has been provided is 10 000 CZK. If the refund provided for under Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the treatment of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended by Act No. 93 / 1992 Coll. is lower, cash compensation is granted in the amount calculated.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.
