DECLARATION
of 14 December 2021
amending Decree No. 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are the contact points of public administration
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities contact points, is amended as follows:
1. In the part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Mydlovary," shall be inserted after the words "Wet Lom," the administrative district of the village with extended scope of České Budějovice. "
2. In the part of the Olomouc Region, the word "Těšetice 'shall be inserted after the word" Svésedlice,'.
3. In the part of the Ústecky region, the word "Ledvice," shall be inserted after the word "Groundhog,."
4. In the part of the Ústí Region, the word "Chotošov 'shall be inserted after the word" Tlažkovice'.
5. In the part of the Vysočina Region, the word "Pavlov," shall be inserted after the words "Ovesná Lhota," the administrative district of the village with extended application of Svetla nad Sázavou. "
6. In the part of the Region of Vysočina, the word "old man," shall be inserted after the word "Smrk."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
