GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 2021
amending Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in connection with the demonstration of the occurrence of the coronavirus SARS CoV-2, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to Sections 14 (3) and 15 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 46 / 2016 Coll.:
In Article 1 (3) of Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in relation to the demonstration of the occurrence of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2, as amended by Decree No. 76 / 2021 Coll., "31 December 2021 'is replaced by" 30 June 2022'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
