DECLARATION
of 26 November 2020
amending Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 14 (4) of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and special colour design and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration, as amended by Decree No. 316 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 359 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 194 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Article 8 (2), "pickled metal 'is replaced by" embroidered with gold or silver embroidery'.
2. In Paragraph 8 (3), a comma is inserted after the word "shoulder '.
3. In Article 9 (3), the words "or the emergency call line symbol 'are deleted.
4. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 2 to Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll.
Models of uniforms
1. Service uniform 12
2. Servicely working uniform 17
"
Transitional provision
The appropriate designation under Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of the Order, may be used until 31 December 2024.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
