amending the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Health No. 376 / 2001 Coll., on the evaluation of hazardous properties of waste
The Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Health determine pursuant to § 7 (10) and § 9 (6) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and on the amendment of certain other laws:
Decree No. 376 / 2001 Coll., on the evaluation of hazardous properties of waste, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, in the name of dangerous properties "H12 The ability to release highly toxic and toxic gases in contact with water or acids', a comma and the word" air 'are inserted after the words "water'.
2. In Annex 5, "Additional data ', the words" (explosive, flammable, oxidising capacity, thermal instability of organic peroxides, the ability to release waste in contact with air or water toxic gases, ecotoxicity, subsequent hazards, acute toxicity, late effect, corrosivity, infectivity)' are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2004.
