DECLARATION
of 14 February 2003
amending Decree No. 440 / 2001 Coll., on the compensation of pain and the inconvenience of social application
The Ministry of Health, in agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, provides for the Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 367 / 2000 Coll., and pursuant to § 203 of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 74 / 1994 Coll.:
In Annex No 1 to Decree No. 440 / 2001 Coll., on the compensation of pain and difficulty in social application, item T31 reads:

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
