GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 February 2000
fixing the rate of duty applicable to imports of paper or paperboard originating in the European Union and the countries of the European Free Trade Association
The Government mandates pursuant to § 57 (1) (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
Goods covered by subheading 4805 80 90 of the Customs Tariff (1) - other paper or paperboard weighing 225g / m2 or more - other, originating in the European Union and the countries of the European Free Trade Association, shall be subject to the duty-free import duty.
(1) Goods originating in the European Union are goods which meet the conditions laid down in the international treaty, 2) which the Czech Republic is bound by.
(2) Goods originating in the countries of the European Free Trade Association are goods which meet the conditions laid down in the Agreement between the Czech Republic and the countries of the European Free Trade Association.
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty fixed by the Customs Tariff shall not apply to the goods defined in Section 1 and under the conditions defined therein, (1) by international agreement, (2) by the Czech Republic and by the Agreement between the Czech Republic and the countries of the European Free Trade Association.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 2000.
