GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 March 1999
amending Government Regulation No 148 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of interest-free loans for residential construction
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and of the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic), as amended by Act No. 579 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 166 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 321 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 189 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 57 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 154 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll. and Act No. 160 / 1997 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 148 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of interest-free loans for residential construction, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3 (c), the words "living rooms', including footnote 4, are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 4 (1) (d), the words "to cover the price of the building will use the funds obtained from its building savings' are replaced by the words" a building savings facility of at least CZK 100,000 '.
3. in Article 4 (1), point (e) shall be deleted;
Points (f) and (g) shall become points (e) and (f).
4. in Article 4 (2), "to (g) 'is replaced by" to (f)' and in Article 8 (4) and (6), "(g) 'is replaced by" (f)';
5. In Article 5 (1), the amount "CZK 25,000" is replaced by "CZK 50,000," the amount "CZK 2,500" is replaced by "CZK 3,000" and the figure "CZK 70" is replaced by "50."
6. Paragraph 6 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) On the basis of the decision granting the loan, the entrusted bank shall transfer the amount of the loan into an interest-free account with the financing bank. ';
The decision on applications for loans submitted by the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be taken in accordance with existing legislation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
