DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 6 April 1979
on the issue of commemorative silver 50 crowns for the 30th anniversary of the IX. Congress of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
(1) On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the IX. Congress of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, commemorative silver 50 crowns are issued.
(2) The silver silver 50 crowns are rolled from an alloy of 700 pieces of silver and 300 pieces of copper. The weight of 50 kroner is 13 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter of 50 crowns is 31 mm, its edge is serrated.
(1) On the face of the commemorative silver 50 koruna there is a state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic against the background of stylized lime leaves, whose top part lies on three stage contours that intersect with stylized lime leaves. Under the national emblem, the name of the State "CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC 'and the designation of the value" 50 Cds' is in five rows.
(2) On the back of the commemorative silver 50 koruna there is a hint of a five-pointed star in the upper part of the left in tiered areas and stylized lime leaves, right wheat cob. A sickle, hammer, toothed wheel fragment and a small five-pointed star are placed in the middle of the top of the coin. In the lower part is the inscription "IX. The author of the coin design is Vladimir Pavlica, whose initials" VP "are below the years in the middle of the mine.
This Decree shall take effect on 23 May 1979.
