THE LAW
of 18 May 1967
on the State Budget for 1967
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Determination of State Budget
(1) The total revenue and expenditure of the State budget are set at CZK 142 521 978 000.
(2) The national budget contains the budgets of the national committees, whose overall financial relationship to the central budget (the subsidy from the central budget) is 10 817 400 000 Kcs and the special-purpose subsidies from the central budget to the national committees' budgets of 12 907 300 000 Kcs.
Final provision
The provisions of Sections 5 (1), 10 (5), 14 (2) and 15 of Act No. 8 / 1959 Coll., laying down the basic rules on the State Budget and on the management of budgetary resources, are hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1967.
