of 31 July 1957
repealing the Ministry of Labour and Labour.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The Ministry of Labour is hereby repealed.
The powers exercised by the Ministry of Labour on the matters of organisation, methodical management, coordination and control of education for the career are transferred to the Ministry of Education and Culture; the other competences in matters of education for the profession shall be transferred to the competent central authorities and authorities.
(1) The powers exercised by the Ministry of Labour on the planning and management of recruitment and the deployment of labour as well as on the management of state supervision on the employment of workers are transferred to the State Office of Planning and to the Councils of the Regional National Committees.
(2) The other powers exercised by the Ministry of Labour in respect of recruitment and deployment of labour as well as on matters of state supervision for the employment of workers are transferred to the executive bodies of the national committees.
(3) The Board of Regional National Committees shall be responsible for carrying out the tasks of recruitment as set out in the National Economic Development Plan.
The mandate of the labour force shall be revoked. Paragraph 2 and 3 apply mutatis mutandis.
A detailed definition of the tasks of the authorities to which the Ministry of Labour and Labour delegation are transferred in connection with their abolition shall be carried out by the Government.
Measures which have been taken in conformity with this Regulation before its entry into force shall be considered as measures under this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1957; All members of the government will do it.
