Order of the Minister of Justice
of 5 June 1953
amending partially the rent payment.
In agreement with the ministers involved, the Minister of Justice hereby orders the Civil Code No. 141 / 1950 Coll.:
Paragraph 9 of Regulation No 157 / 1950 Coll. implementing certain provisions of the Civil Code is amended and reads as follows:
"If, under a lease agreement which does not relate to agricultural or forestry land, the rent is to be paid within periods longer than monthly, the lessee may, in the future, pay the rent monthly. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1953.
