Order of the Minister of Justice
of 1 March 1949
determining the premises and districts of the District Courts in Dobří and Zabyslav.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders, pursuant to § 2, paragraph 2 of the Act of 22 December 1948, No 320 Coll., on the territorial organisation of regional and regional courts:
(1) The seat of the District Court for the District of the National Committee in Dobríš is established in Dobríš.
(2) The seat of the District Court of the District of the National Committee of Praha- south is set out in Pozlaslav.
This amends the provisions of Paragraph 2 (2) (2) (c) of the Order of the Minister of Justice of 29 January 1949, No 11, Coll., establishing the seat of the Regional Courts and the seat and districts of the District Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1949.
