of 24 March 1947
on the delegation of the powers of certain tax administrations and tax offices in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries.
According to Article 15 (1) (a) of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 27 October 1945, No. 128 Coll., on the provisional territorial organisation of certain financial offices and the changes related thereto in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, I provide:

The role of the tax office in the Oder, which has so far been exercised by the tax office in Nový Jicin, is transferred to the tax office in Opava; The authority of the Moravian Ostrava II Tax Office is transferred to the Moravian Ostrava I Tax Office, whose name is changed to the "Ostrava Tax Office."
This Decree takes effect on 1 April 1947.
