DECLARATION

of 2 January 2017

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve of the Větrusické ravine and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reserve of the Větrusické ravine (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reservation") is hereby declared.

(2) A national nature reservation shall be declared as a territory as defined in paragraph 3, with the presence of:

(a) natural rock and grassland ecosystems of rocks and drolines, vegetation of ephemés and succulents, dry lawns, lowland to mountain heaths and forest edges; and

(b) natural shrubbery and forest ecosystems of low xerophilic shrubs, high mesophic and xerophilic shrubs, duobulars and thermals;

forming an object of protection for the national nature reserve.

(3) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Central Bohemian Region, in the cadastral territories of Větrusice near Klecan and Máslovice. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) permit or make changes to the type of land or use of the land (2); or

(b) to carry out construction operations, unless such works require a territorial decision or a building permit.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 15 January 2017.
