DECLARATION
of 27 December 2012
on the determination of the protection zone I. degree of natural mineral water source washed by a well R IV (HV 301) in the cadastral territory of the Boundary
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Determination of the protection zone
(K § 21 and 22 of the spa law)
(1) In order to protect the natural medical source of mineral water R IV (HV 301) (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), located on land parcel No 1979 / 1 of the cadastral territory of the Boundary, the municipality of Boundary, provides for a protection zone I, which is also a zone of physical protection of the source.
(2) Level I protection zone consists of the immediate vicinity of the source output and is defined by a quadrilateral of 10 m side in the centre of which the source is located.
(3) The definition of protection zone I is graphically indicated in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1 000, which is listed in Annex 1 to this decree, and in a copy of the basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000, which is shown in Annex 2 to this decree. The definition of protection zone I in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1 000 and the basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000 and 1: 50 000 are available at the Ministry of Health, the Regional Office of the Olomouc Region and the Municipal Office of the Hranice.

No unauthorised entry shall be allowed in the territory of the Class I protection zone.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
