DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 14 December 1998
on the exemption from judicial fees of certain types of acts liable for natural disasters
The Ministry of Finance provides in an agreement with the Ministry of Justice pursuant to § 16 paragraph 1 of Act No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on Legal Charges, as amended by Act No. 36 / 1995 Coll.:
(1) The legal fee shall be exempt from the legal fee from the punishable acts referred to in items 13 (c) and 13 (d) and 20 to 23 of the schedule of judicial fees annexed to Act No 549 / 1991 Coll., on judicial fees, as amended by Act No 36 / 1995 Coll., carried out on a proposal by a natural or legal person as a result of natural natural disasters occurring in the Czech Republic.
(2) Exemptions from judicial fees may be applied within two years of the natural disaster.
This decree shall take effect on 1 February 1999.
