on the adoption of the Constitutional Act of the Czech National Council on measures related to the demise of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
The Czech National Council acted as follows:
The Czech National Council notes that the constitutional conditions of the Czech Republic are regulated by the adoption of this constitutional law, for which only the Czech National Council is entitled.
The Czech National Council takes the view that no interpretation of the existing legal standards allows a question of the continuity of the legislative power, which is borne by the Czech National Council within the meaning of this constitutional law.
