GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 January 1966
amending and supplementing Decree No. 108 / 1961 Coll., on the establishment of the University of 17 November in Prague
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 3 of Act No. 58 / 1950 Coll., on Higher Education:
Faculty of Science and Technology University in Prague on 17 November is repealed.
University of Prague on 17 November in particular:
(a) provide foreign students in the fields defined by the Minister for Education and Culture with higher education;
(b) provide Czechoslovak students with higher education and culture in the fields defined by the Minister for Education and Culture;
c) prepare foreign students for study at other higher education institutions in the CSSR and ensure conditions for foreign students to acquire higher education at those schools;
(d) is a methodological and organisational centre for the education of foreign students;
e) takes care of preparing Czechoslovak experts for expert activities abroad.
Paragraph 2 of Decree No. 108 / 1961 Coll., on the establishment of the University of 17 November in Prague, is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1966.
