on the World Postal Convention and the Agreements negotiated in Brussels on 11 July 1952.
To XIII. The following contracts were negotiated to the World Postal Congress in Brussels on 11 July 1952:
1. The World Postal Convention with the Final Protocol, the Implementing Regulations and the provisions on air mail with the Final Protocol;
2. Arrangements for valuable letters and valuable boxes with the Final Protocol and Implementing Regulations;
3. Arrangement on postal packages with the Final Protocol and Implementing Regulations;
4. Arrangements on postal vouchers and postal travel gods with implementing rules;
5. Arrangements for delivery on delivery with the implementing rules.
Convention; and The Arrangement was ratified on 29 June 1953 by the President of the Republic and the instruments of ratification deposited on 15 July 1953 with the Belgian Government.
Convention; and The arrangements were adopted in accordance with their provisions of international effectiveness on 1 July 1953.
The translation of these contracts was issued by the Ministry of Communications under the title "Convention and Arrangement of the World Postal Union (Brussels 1952) '. This translation and the French text can be consulted by post offices.
The list of countries bound by this Convention and by the Agreements will be published in the Ministry of Communications Bulletin.
