Government Regulation
of 31 January 1953
about the new organization of government work.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
The Prime Minister and his Deputy Ministers shall form the Bureau of the Government.
The Bureau of the Government shall handle the government's normal work between its meetings and shall manage and monitor the activities of individual members of the Government in an operational manner.
The work of the Bureau of the Government shall be determined in detail by the Government.
This Government Regulation shall take effect on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
