DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the amendment of certain related acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides pursuant to § 96 of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 9 (1) (a):
"(a) the name of the municipality and, if broken down into parts, the name of the part thereof and, where appropriate, the name of the cadastral territory, and the number of the descriptive or registered territory; if the name of the municipality is identical with the name of the part of the municipality, part of the municipality is not listed, ';
2. In Annex 1, in the column "District ', in point 41, Olomouc, in the column" Matrix Office', point 15 of Majetín is deleted and point 30 of the Grand Týnec, in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 3 of the Maitín is inserted after point 2 and point 3 of the Grand Týnec becomes point 4. In the column" Matrix Office', point 16, The latter refers to point 15 and the following points are referred to as points 16 to 30.
3. In Annex No 1, in the column "District 'in point 50 of Prague, in the column" Matrix Office' in point 17 of the Praha- Kbels in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military sites of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 1 of the Praha- Čakovice is added and points 1 to 3 of the present column are renumbered 2 to 4. In the column" Matrix Office' in point 18 of the Praha- Letňany, point 1 of the Praha- Letňany is deleted from the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military sites of the Administration of the Matrimonial Office ', point 1 of the Praha- Čakovice is deleted and point 2 of the present point is renumbered as point 1.
4. In Annex No 1, in the column "District ', in point 76 of the Znojmo,
(a) in the column "Matrix Office," in the point "Bížkovice" it deletes from the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office" point 6 Jiřice u Moravské Budějovice. Points 7 to 9 shall be renumbered 6 to 8;
(b) in the column "Matrix Office" in point 7 of Yevišovice, in the column "List of municipalities, cities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office," point 5 of Jiřice u Moravské Budějovice is added and points 5 to 8 of the present shall be renumbered as points 6 to 9.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
