DECLARATION
of 9 December 2005
amending Decree No 374 / 2003 Coll., on the reimbursement of costs associated with the veterinary inspection of animals for slaughter and meat and the examination and assessment of animal products, as amended by Decree No 232 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll.:
Decree No. 374 / 2003 Coll., on the reimbursement of costs associated with the veterinary inspection of animals for slaughter and meat and the examination and assessment of animal products, as amended by Decree No. 232 / 2005 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, "31 December 2005 'is replaced by" 31 December 2006';
2. In the title of Part III, "31 DECEMBER 2005 'is replaced by" 31 DECEMBER 2006'.
3. In Paragraph 25 (3), "31 December 2005 'is replaced by" 31 December 2006';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
