Government Regulation amending Government Decree No. 172 / 2001 Coll., to implement the Fire Protection Act

GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 November 2002
amending Decree No. 172 / 2001 Coll., implementing the Fire Protection Act
The Government orders pursuant to Section 30 of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No. 172 / 2001 Coll., implementing the Fire Protection Act, is amended as follows:
(1) The heading of the first part reads: "SPECIES OF DOCUMENTATION OF THE MARITIME PROTECTION OF COUNTRIES AND OBJECTIVES, THEIR CONTENTS AND LEADING."
2. Paragraph 1 (2) is deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
3. In Paragraph 1 (3), the words "the district authorities' are deleted.
4. Paragraph 3 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
5. Article 4, including the title and footnotes No 4) and No 5) shall read as follows:
„§ 4
Content of the district fire alarm plan
(1) The district fire alarm plan contains:
(a) a list of fire protection units in the county;
(b) the principles of cooperation between fire protection units in the fight against fires, in the implementation of rescue operations in the region and in the provision of assistance between the county and assistance to the neighbouring state;
(c) arrangements for calling fire protection units in the framework of operational procedures for firefighting and rescue operations;
(d) the way in which the individual levels of fire alarm are declared;
(e) modification of the activity of the fire reports;
(f) an alert plan for the integrated rescue system of the county (4); and
(g) the adaptation of the operations of the operational and information centres of the fire brigade of the county (5) (hereinafter referred to as the "operational and information centre").
(2) The annex to the district fire alarm plan shall specify the allocation of fire protection units to each stage of the fire alarm and their predetermination for municipalities and objects.
4) Paragraph 10 (2) (e) of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.
5) Paragraph 5 (1) of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll. '.
6. in Article 7 (1) (a), the words "where the territory exceeds one administrative district of the district office," shall be deleted;
7. Paragraph 7 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
8. in Article 9 (a), point 2 is deleted;
Point 3 is renumbered point 2.
9. Article 10, including footnote 7, shall be deleted;
10. Article 11 shall be deleted;
11. in Article 13 (2) (a), the words "district as referred to in Article 10 (6)" shall be replaced by the words "county."
12. in Article 13 (2) (b), the word "district" is replaced by the word "region."
13. in Article 15 (2), the words "district as referred to in Article 10 (6)" shall be replaced by "county."
14. The heading of Section 17 reads as follows: "Method of storing and checking documentation of fire protection of regions and municipalities."
15. in Article 17 (1), the words "to the district authorities" shall be deleted;
16. in Article 17 (2), the words "the district authorities" shall be deleted;
17. in Paragraph 18 (1) (a), the words "under extreme weather conditions" shall be deleted;
Čl. II
Transitional provision
The Region shall issue a modified fire alarm plan for the Region by 30 September 2003.
Čl. III
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
