Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 497 / 2020 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech Republic in the field of prices, as amended, and on the price of energy, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the terms of business and on the exercise of state administration in the energy sector and on the change of certain laws (Energy Act No. 6 / 2020), as amended, on the prices, as amended, and on the prices, as amended, as amended by Decision No. 5 / 2020, on the price of the Act No. 5 / 2020 on the promotion of energy sector and on the price of certain laws, and on the price of certain laws, as amended.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 5 / 2020, Price Decision No 6 / 2020 and Price Decision No 7 / 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 September 2020, amounting to 5. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
