GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 November 2002
amending Government Regulation No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation of persons for damage to health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 81 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 34 / 1986 Coll., on the one-off exceptional compensation of persons for damage to their health in the performance of fire protection tasks, as amended by Government Decree No. 168 / 1989 Coll. and Government Decree No. 195 / 1995 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 1 (1) (a), the words "a member of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic," shall be deleted;
2. In Paragraph 1 (2), the words "from 25 000 CZK to 70 000 CZK 'are replaced by the words" seven to twelve times the average nominal monthly salary of individuals in the non-business sphere obtained according to published data of the Czech Statistical Office for the preceding calendar year ("average wage') '.
3. in Paragraph 2 (2) (a), the amount "CZK 25,000" is replaced by "6 times the average wage."
4. In Paragraph 2 (2) (b), the amount "CZK 15,000 'is replaced by" four times the average wage'.
5. In Paragraph 2 (2) (c), the amount of "15 000 CZK 'is replaced by" four times the average wage'.
6. In Paragraph 2 (2) (d), the amount "15 000 CZK" is replaced by "four times the average wage."
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
