DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 15 December 2000
repealing certain legislation on working time
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 9 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the Czech Government, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 575 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., and § 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., as amended:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 62 / 1966 Coll., on Principles for the Reduction of Working Time and for the Adaptation of Working and Operating Procedures,
2. Decree No. 63 / 1968 Coll., on the principles for reducing weekly working time and for implementing operational and working arrangements with a five-day working week,
3. Decree No. 121 / 1982 Coll., on certain adjustments to working time,
4th Decree No. 196 / 1989 Coll., on Flexible Working Time,
5th Decree No. 264 / 1994 Coll., laying down the conditions for unequal distribution of working time in social care establishments.
This decree shall take effect on 1 January 2001.
