on the imposition of an addendum to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, an addendum to a collective agreement of higher degree was deposited with it between 1.10.2006 and 31.10.2006:
Appendix 1 (of 20.10.2006) to a collective agreement of a higher degree concluded between
Association of employers of wood-working industries
and
Trade union of workers of woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
