DECLARATION
of 9 December 2005
fixing, for the purposes of providing travel refunds, the rate of subsistence, the rate of basic refunds for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 8 (1) of Act No. 119 / 1992 Coll., on Travel Refunds, as amended by Act No. 125 / 1998 Coll., ("the Act '):
Food rates
(1) The rates of subsistence provided for in Article 5 (1) of the Act are:
a) 58 CZK to 69 CZK, if the working trip lasts 5 to 12 hours,
b) 88 CZK to 106 CZK, if the journey lasts for more than 12 hours, but not more than 18 hours,
c) 138 CZK to 165 CZK, if the journey lasts longer than 18 hours.
(2) The rate of diet according to § 5 (3) of the Act is CZK 58.
Basic refund rates for the use of road motor vehicles
The rate of basic compensation for 1 km of driving pursuant to § 7 (2) of the Act shall be:
a) 1.00 CZK for single-track vehicles and tricycles,
b) CZK 3.80 for passenger road motor vehicles.
Average fuel prices
The amount of the average price per litre of fuel pursuant to § 7 (5) of the second law is:
a) CZK 30.10 for automotive petrol 91 O Special,
b) CZK 29.50 for automotive petrol 91 O Normal,
(c) CZK 30,40 for automotive gasoline 95 O Super,
(d) 34.40 CZK for car gasoline 98 O Super Plus,
(e) CZK 29.50 for diesel.
Decree No. 647 / 2004 Coll., which sets the rate of diet, the rate of basic compensation for the use of road motor vehicles and the amount of average fuel prices, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2006.
