DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 19 December 2001
amending the Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 243 / 2001 Coll., on vehicle registration
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Road Traffic and on the Amendment to Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the Insurance of Liability for Vehicle Operation and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts (Act on Insurance of Vehicle Traffic Liability), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., ("Act ') for the implementation of § 4 (7), § 5 (3), § 7 (2) and (4) and § 79 (5) of the Act:
Decree No. 243 / 2001 Coll., on Vehicle Registration, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 22, the following sentence is added at the end of paragraph 2: "For driving a vehicle abroad, the operator shall issue a registration post after prior approval by the Ministry and after surrender" certificate for a special registration mark "a vehicle registration certificate valid for a specified period of time but not more than 6 months."
2. Paragraph 29 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Except in the case of motorcycles and vehicles for which a registration mark is provided pursuant to Article 16 (3) of the Ordinance, vehicles may be allocated to them until stocks are exhausted, but until 31 December 2002 at the latest, State registration plates produced before 1 July 2001. '
3. In the first sentence of Paragraph 29 (5), "2001 'is replaced by" 2002' and in the second sentence, "2001 'is replaced by" 2002'.
4. In Paragraph 29 (6), "2001 'is replaced by" 2002'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2002.
