The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 42 / 1992 Coll., on the treatment of property relations and the settlement of property rights in cooperatives, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 297 / 1992 Coll., is added as follows:
After Paragraph 33, the following Section 33a is inserted:
Authorisation provisions
The Slovak National Council Act (15) may provide details of the method and time limit for proving the legal entitlement already exercised by owners who could not prove it within the time limit laid down in Paragraph 14 (b). '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
