on the issue of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Associated Health Problems (MKN-10)
The Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the National Statistical Service, as amended, issues with effect from 1 January 2004 the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Associated Health Problems (hereinafter referred to as "the MKN-10 classification ').
The classification MKN-10 is identical to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Associated Health Problems (MKN), which was introduced by the CSU measure of 5 May 1993 (published in the amount of 39 / 1993 Coll.).
The valid version of the MKN-10 classification is available in book form and in electronic form in the Institute of Health Information and Statistics, Palacký Square 4, 128 01 Praha 2 (P.O.BOX 60).
