GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 December 2000
amending Government Regulation No. 185 / 2000 Coll., laying down products which may be imported into or exported from the Czech Republic only on the basis of a licence pursuant to Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures for the export or import of products and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws, as amended by Government Decree No. 446 / 2000 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to Section 76 of Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain measures for the export or import of products and on licensing and on the amendment of certain laws:
Government Decree No. 185 / 2000 Coll., laying down products which can be imported into or exported from the Czech Republic only on the basis of a licence under Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., on certain export or import measures for products and on licensing procedures and amending certain laws, as amended by Government Decree No. 446 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part II - Tobacco and manufactured tobacco substitutes, the text for subheading 2402 and the designation for this entry is replaced by the following:

| 2402 20 | Cigarety obsahující tabák |
| 2402 90 00 | Ostatní“. |
2. In Annex No 1, Part VI - Basic metals, iron, steel and their products and Part X - Radioactive substances are deleted.
3. In Annex 1, Part IX - Wastes is replaced by the new Part IX as set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.
4. In Annex 2, Part I - Products of animal origin is deleted.
5. In Annex No 2, Part II - Mineral raw materials and products, the entry "2716 00 00 Electrical energy 'is deleted.
6. In Annex No 2, Part III - Raw hides and skins, the following entries are deleted:

7. In Annex 2, Part IV - Wood and wood products is replaced by the new Part IV as set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
8. In Annex 2, Part VI - Basic metals, iron, steel and their products is replaced by the new Part VI listed in Annex 3 to this Regulation.
9. In Annex 2, Part IX - Wastes is replaced by the new Part IX as set out in Annex 4 to this Regulation.
10. In Annex No 1, Part VII - Highly toxic substances, toxic substances, auxiliary chemicals and precursors and in Annex No 2, Part VII - Highly toxic substances, toxic substances, auxiliary chemicals and precursors, the numbers of the subheadings are amended as follows:
"2804 70 00 00 'is replaced by" 2804 70 00 11';
"2812 90 00 90 'is replaced by" 2812 90 00 40';
"2914 31 00 10 'is replaced by" 2914 31 00'
"2922 42 00 10 'is replaced by" 2922 42 00 11';
"2922 43 00 00 'is replaced by" 2922 43 00 10';
"2930 90 70 90 'is replaced by" 2930 90 70 50';
"2931 00 95 90 'is replaced by" 2931 00 95 32';
"2933 32 00 00 'is replaced by" 2933 32 00 10';
11. In Annex No 3, Part I - Agricultural and food products, heading 1701, column method of division according to Paragraph 70 (2), the current text is replaced for each quarter by the following text: "M 3 / 2 '.
12. In Annex 3, Part III - Nuclear materials is deleted.
13. In Annex 4, Part I - Live animals and other animal products - only 2000 is replaced by the new Part I, which is set out in Annex 5 to this Regulation.
14. In Annex 4, Part II - Plant products - only 2000, is replaced by the new Part II, as set out in Annex 6 to this Regulation.
15. In Annex No 4 to the Explanatory Notes to the abbreviations for quantities, documents, methods of division, periods and periods referred to in this Annex, Method of division according to Article 70 (2) of Act No 62 / 2000 Coll., the following text is added at the end: "MR 4 / 2 - the quantity determined for the relevant period shall be broken down according to the chronological order of the applications received among applicants who submit a contract with the State Agricultural Intervention Fund. The time schedule shall mean the date of registration and the reference number of the request received. ';
16. In Annex 7, the existing Explanatory Notes to the licence application are replaced by the new Explanatory Notes to the licence application, which are set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2001.

DESCRIPTION OF DIFFERENT ITEMS:
1 / Not applicable to strike
2 / Identification details shall be provided in accordance with the commercial register or business licence, including the applicant's telephone and fax numbers
3 / The information is to be completed only for exports and only if the applicant is not the same manufacturer
4 / name of product - 60 characters / must correspond to the name given in the Combined Nomenclature of the Customs Tariff /
5a / No of subheading if not specified, headings of the Combined Nomenclature of the Tariff, i.e. 10, 8, 6 or 4 places
5b / CAS number / Chemical Abstracts / - to be completed only in case of import or export of highly toxic substances, toxic substances, excipients, precursors, in accordance with the applicable Government Decree on Act 62 / 2000 Coll.
6 / if the licensed item is quantitative to indicate the quantity, if the item is value to indicate CZK; it is possible to write a maximum of 3 decimal places and 13 digits before the decimal point
