DECLARATION
of 24 November 2020
amending Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Names and Surnames, and amending certain related acts, as amended
According to § 96 (a) of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 207 / 2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Decree No. 230 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 499 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 566 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 660 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 539 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 192 / 2014 Coll., Decree No. 352 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 317 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 419 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 485 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 315 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 417 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 455 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 424 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 192.
1. In the part of the Liberec Region, in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 3," Jablonec nad Nisou', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 2," Rychnov u Jablonec nad Nisou', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military estates of the administrative district of the Matrimonial Office ', the following point 1 is inserted:" Frýdštejn'.
Points 1 to 3 shall become points 2 to 4.
2. In the part of the Liberec Region, in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 9" Turnov', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 2" Jenišovice', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 1" Frýdštejn' is deleted.
Point 2 is renumbered point 1.
3. In the part of the Plzeň region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 6" Kralovice', in the column "Matrix Office ', point 1." Lower Belá' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', points 1." Lower Bela', 2. "Drazena ', 3." Upper Bela', 4. "Líté ', 5." Loza' and 6. "Death 'are deleted.
In the column "Matrix Office ', points 2 to 8 are renumbered as points 1 to 7.
4. In the part of the Plzeň region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 6" Kralovice', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 1." Kaznejov', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrix office ', point 4" Coryta' is inserted after point 5.
Points 5 and 6 shall become points 6 and 7.
5. In the part of the Plzeň region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 6" Kralovice', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 4." Manitín', in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', point 1" Unbelievably', point 2 is inserted. Český Brod' in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the matrices' in point 1" Břežany II ', point 2 "Černíky' is inserted.
Points 2 to 20 shall become points 3 to 21.
8. In the part of the Central Bohemian region in the column "Community with extended scope 'in point 6" Czech Brod' in the column "Matrix Office ', point 2" Kounice' and in the column "List of municipalities, urban areas, urban districts and military exits of the administrative district of the Matrix Office ', points 1." Points 2 to 5 shall become points 3 to 6.
11. In the part of the Ústí Region, in the column "Community with extended application 'in point 1." Bílina', in the column "Matrix Office 'in point 1.
12. In the part of the Ústí Region, in the column "Community with extended application 'in point 1." Bílina', in the column "Matriční úřice ', in point 2." In the column "Matrix Office ', point 3 is renumbered 2.
13. Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
