amending Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended, Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll., and certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the municipal police law
In Article 11a (3) of Act No. 553 / 1991 Coll., on Municipal Police, as amended by Act No. 311 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 427 / 2010 Coll., the sentence "The requested authority shall provide further information on the prohibition of residence, place and duration of residence 'is inserted after the first sentence.
Amendment of the Act on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic
Act No. 326 / 1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 140 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 151 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 41 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 501 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 428 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 112 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 165 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 170 / 2007 Coll.
1. In Article 158 (1) (b), the following point 14 is added:
'14. prohibition of residence (46), place of residence and duration;
46) § 75 of the Criminal Code. Section 15a of Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended by Act No. 494 / 2012 Coll. '
2. In Article 158 (9), the following point (v) is added:
'( v) the prohibition of residence 46), the place of residence and the duration of the stay. ';
Amendment of the citizens' registration law

1. in Article 3 (3), the following point (j) is inserted after point (i), including footnote 25:
"(j) the prohibition of residence 25), the place of residence and the duration thereof;
25) § 75 of the Criminal Code. Section 15a of Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on Infringements, as amended by Act No. 494 / 2012 Coll. '
Points (j) to (t) shall be renumbered as points (k) to (u).
2. in Paragraph 3 (3) (u), "(a) to (s)" is replaced by "(a) to (t)."
3. in § 3a (2), in § 4 (2) and in § 5 (2), "(o) and (p)" shall be replaced by "(p) and (q)";
4. In Article 4 (1), "(j) to (n) 'is replaced by" (k) to (o)';
5. In § 4a, "(j) to (o) and (q) and (r) 'is replaced by" (k) to (p) and (r) and (s)';
6. in Article 5, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The municipal office in whose administrative district the citizen is resident shall record the information provided for in the information system referred to in Article 3 (3) (j)."
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
7. In Article 6, "(i), (k), (l), (r) 'is replaced by" (i), (l), (m), (s)';
8. In Paragraph 8 (3), "(p) 'is replaced by" (q)', "(o) 'is replaced by" (p)' and "(q) and (r) 'is replaced by" (r) and (s)'.
Amendment of the Penal Code
In Article 337 (1) of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code, the following point (d) is inserted after point (c):
"(d) infringes a residence ban imposed under another legislation;"
Points (d) to (i) shall be renumbered as points (e) to (j).
