amending Act No. 215 / 2005 Coll., on Registration Treasures and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Law on Registration Treasures)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Registration Treasures Act
Act No. 215 / 2005 Coll., on Registration Treasures and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Registration Treasures), as amended by Act No. 358 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 545 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Part One, Paragraph 23 (1), "1 January 2007 'is replaced by" 1 January 2008'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
