DECLARATION
of 8 September 2004
repealing Decree No. 50 / 1998 Coll., on a demonstrable loss in public regular passenger transport
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 17 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the state administration of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 60 / 1988 Coll., Legislative measure No. 350 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 517 / 2002 Coll.:
(1) Decree No. 50 / 1998 Coll., on a demonstrable loss in public regular passenger transport, is hereby repealed.
(2) Decree No. 142 / 2003 Coll., amending Decree No. 50 / 1998 Coll., on a demonstrable loss in public regular passenger transport, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
