repealing Decree No 51 / 1996 Coll., on conditions of storage, possession and handling of black hunting powder, dust free, matches and ammunition
According to § 86 (6) of Act No. 288 / 1995 Coll., on firearms and ammunition (Firearms Act), the Czech Mining Authority provides:
Decree No. 51 / 1996 Coll., on the conditions of storage, possession and handling of black hunting powder, dust free, matches and ammunition, shall be repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 31 December 2002.
