GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 November 2020
amending Government Regulation No 189 / 2018 Coll., on the sustainability criteria for biofuels and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from fuel
The Government orders pursuant to § 20a (7) and § 20b (5) of Act No. 201 / 2012 Coll., on Air Protection, as amended by Act No. 172 / 2018 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 189 / 2018 Coll., on the sustainability criteria for biofuels and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from fuel is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (k), the words "higher than," or less' are inserted after the word "value 'and the words" D287 American Society for Testing and Materials' are replaced by the words "ASTM D287 '.
2. in Article 6 (1) (a), the words "indicating the place of purchase and their origin" shall be deleted;
3. in Article 6 (1) (d), "2 to 9" is replaced by "1 to 7."
4. In Article 6, paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 are deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 2.
5. In Article 6 (2), the words "except in the cases referred to in paragraph 5 'are deleted.
6. In Annex 6 (E), points 1 and 9 are deleted.
Points 2 to 8 shall become points 1 to 7 and point 10 shall become point 8.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
