DECLARATION
of 23 December 2009
on the establishment of the Praha- East Financial Office in Brandýs nad Labem-Old Byslav
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Section 7a of Act No. 531 / 1990 Coll., on Territorial Financial Bodies, as amended by Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll.:
(1) The Ministry of Finance establishes the Praha- East of the Finance Office in Brandýs nad Labem-Staré Byslav (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute").
(2) The work site is provided by the tax administrator's office where written submissions can be made.
(3) The seat of the workplace is Prague.
Decree No. 541 / 2006 Coll., setting up the Institute of Financial Offices, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2010.
